As an ISACA Ambassador, Roy is deeply passionate about innovation, collaboration in the global security landscape, and giving back to the community through his work with nonprofit organizations. Roy holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Sciences, focusing on restructured approaches in data mining and cybersecurity, and a Master of Science in Computer Sciences & Telecommunication.

With over 15 years in security leadership, his expertise spans aviation operations, critical infrastructure protection, and emergency preparedness, honed at Victoria International Airport and Securiguard Services. Certified in Safety Management Systems, Jason has managed province-wide crises, led multi-disciplinary teams, and designed security solutions for sectors like transportation and cannabis production. Notably, he also brings 30+ years as a freelance voice-over artist and stunt performer, blending creativity with crisis management. His diverse career underscores a commitment to resilience, innovation, and safeguarding communities.

Ian Henderson
Chapter Treasurer
Ian Henderson has worked in the security industry for over 25 years, holding a range of roles across training, quality assurance, and personnel and account management. As a Field Operations Manager with Paladin Security, Ian oversees contract security operations at a number of locations and provides training in several areas including control tactics and service delivery.
Ian has been involved with ASIS International for the past 15 years, and has worked with the NextGen (previously Young Professionals) Committee since its inception in 2012. Ian currently oversees the NextGen program across Canada, supporting security professionals under 40 in their career development and professional development.
