Testimonials
“SSgt Williams is bright and articulate, possesses a great deal of common sense and is well respected by his peers and superiors. He has proven to be a very valuable team player but is equally comfortable and able, working on his own initiative. SSgt Williams has good interpersonal skills including listening, presentation and communication. With a good eye for detail he has demonstrated sound analytical, technical and problem solving skills. Working well under pressure, he ensures that solutions are always delivered, even against extremely tight deadlines.”
Colonel DHE Attwater
Commander,
Geographic Support Group
“Outside of the workplace he has proven to be a very proactive member of the Warrant Officers’ and Sergeants’ Mess and continues to support the West Berkshire Youth Offender Team as a numeracy and literacy mentor. He also continues to pursue a Law Degree.”
Major John Tate
Senior Instructor,
Terrain Analysis Department
“…he can brief any audience from Brigade Commander down on all aspects of his responsibilities. He is responsive to change and he thinks laterally, contributing to the complete range of Intelligence Section planning. Capable, intelligent and highly motivated he is an absolute asset to the Intelligence Section.”
Major Tony de Reya
Intelligence Officer
HQ 3 Commando Brigade
“He has used his initiative to develop study guides for students on RE (Geo) courses to address shortcomings in their approach to work and this has been used as the basis for a similar approach on the MSc course. It is not surprising that SSgt Williams’ training is consistently well received by students on course since he is highly professional in his approach and has developed his training skills in the wider community outside of RSMS.”
Mr. John Knight
Principle Lecturer,
Royal School of Military Survey
