Jack Schmidt
Chapter Chair
Jack is a seasoned Sales and Business Development Executive with more than 15 years of International experience working in the Middle East, Europe and North America. Jack started his career in security as Director of Sales & Operations in 2007 back in Toronto and has since worked across multiple organizations overseeing Sales & Operations in Ontario, Alberta, North Western Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and British Columbia. Currently, he holds the role of Business Development Manager – Pacific Region for G4S Secure Solutions (Canada) Ltd., while pursuing his Master’s in Business Management from University of Liverpool. Sam Stephens
Chapter Vice Chair & Young Professionals Liaison

Brian Ison
Chapter Treasurer
Brian Ison returns to the Treasurer position, providing oversight for all financial and sponsorship duties.  Brian has been involved with the ASIS chapter since 2013 and continues to volunteer his time in various capacities to the Chapter.

 

Gary Lok
Chapter Secretary
Gary Lok is currently working for the BC Commissionaires as Senior Manager for their NMSO Division.
Gary has over 30 years security experience working for the local security market, including in private security, Hotel & Educational facilities.  He is a licensed Private Investigator and Security consultant and holds three designations with ASIS International; CPP, PSP and PCI designations.

 


Liz Jones
Women in Security Liaison
Liz Jones started in her security career after serving in the Military with the Royal Canadian Navy, based on Vancouver Island.  After participating in several major international exercises, she left the Military and pursued property management.  She now has over 10 years in the security and operations field with a background and expertise in Security, Life Safety and Emergency Management.  Liz is currently the Security Manager for Cadillac Fairview at CF Pacific Centre and HSBC building.  She is also actively involved in the Vancouver Volunteer Corp, for Emergency and Disaster Response with the City of Vancouver.


Randy Lines
Past Chair
Randy is a Graduate Electrical Engineer who spent 25 years with the RCMP in Engineering, Policing and Operational technical Support Roles.  He joined 3Si Risk Strategies as a Partner and Chief Technical Officer in 2015. He is a member of the National Association of Technical Investigators of America, and received his CPP designation in 2013.
