Randy is a Graduate Electrical Engineer who spent 25 years with the RCMP in Engineering, Policing and Operational technical Support Roles. He joined 3Si Risk Strategies as a Partner and Chief Technical Officer in 2015. He is a member of the National Association of Technical Investigators of America, and received his CPP designation in 2013.
He is passionate about the continuing professionalization of the security industry and is a strong advocate for the Young Professional’s and Women in Security movements within ASIS.

Sam started his career in security as a Border Services Officer at CBSA, and has since worked across Federal and BC Provincial organizations in Corporate Security and Emergency Preparedness. Currently overseeing corporate security programs for the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC), Sam has completed his CPP and is currently pursuing his Masters in Business Continuity, Security and Risk Management from Boston University. Jack started his career in security as Director of Sales & Operations in 2007 back in Toronto and has since worked across multiple organizations overseeing Sales & Operations in Ontario, Alberta, North Western Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and British Columbia.
